Welcome to apigacor88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between apigacor88 and any individual ("User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services available at apigacor88.buzz.

apigacor88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of eligible Malaysian players and other authorised users. Our services include, but are not limited to, slot games, live casino tables, sports betting (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC), lottery-style games, and arcade titles.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any supplementary policies published on this Platform, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.

• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a game, sporting event, or other outcome offered by the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited bonuses held within a User's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or bonuses credited to a User's Account under the terms of an active promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to confirm the identity, age, and eligibility of Users.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, transactional, and support services made available by apigacor88 via the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be bet before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

To create an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. apigacor88 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request identity documents to verify your age at any time, and accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your obligation to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations governing online gambling in your place of residence. apigacor88 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. apigacor88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your Account are derived from lawful sources and that you are not using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illicit financial activity. Any deposits identified as originating from unlawful sources will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

apigacor88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation at any point, including government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and verification of payment methods used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your Account or delays in processing withdrawal requests.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that all gaming and betting activities on the Platform carry inherent financial risk and that the outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators or live sporting results — not by apigacor88 staff or systems.

You agree not to use any form of artificial assistance, automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. Use of such tools constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

apigacor88 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming session that is found to have been conducted in breach of these Terms or where a technical error, data feed malfunction, or clear pricing mistake has occurred. In such circumstances, the affected wager amounts will be returned to the User's Account balance.

apigacor88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your account status, geographic location, and system availability at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The maximum single deposit is RM 30,000. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are set at RM 50 and RM 50,000 respectively per transaction, subject to your current account verification tier. Transaction limits may be reviewed and adjusted by apigacor88 at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of 15 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow and e-wallet channels. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. apigacor88 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals must, where technically possible, be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and financial regulatory requirements. Exceptions may be made at apigacor88's discretion following KYC verification.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). apigacor88 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Users depositing from accounts held in foreign currencies may incur conversion fees charged by their respective financial institutions, for which apigacor88 accepts no liability.

apigacor88 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and seasonal incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each respective promotion, including wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution rates, expiry windows, and cash-out limits.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) of the bonus amount, which must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active in your wallet, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per round is typically RM 300, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire after the period stated in each promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit). Expired bonuses are removed from accounts without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: apigacor88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts where promotional terms are found to have been abused, including through collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, which are published within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the outcome of that particular game or event.

For sports betting markets, all settled results are based on the official result as published by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures; the English Premier League for EPL results; the Ultimate Fighting Championship for UFC bouts). apigacor88 reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results.

In the event that a live sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that specific market. Where no applicable rule exists, stakes will be returned to the User's account balance.

Winnings from all gaming activities will be credited to your Account balance in MYR upon settlement. You may withdraw your balance at any time in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6, subject to your account's KYC verification status.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (including accounts created on behalf of third parties);
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated bots, scripting tools, or artificial intelligence to conduct betting or gaming activities;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated exploitation of odds or game outcomes;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your Account;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward apigacor88 staff or other users via any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful, through the use of VPNs or other circumvention tools;
• Any action that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity, performance, or security of the Platform or its underlying systems.

apigacor88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or posed a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

In circumstances where an account is suspended pending investigation, the User's funds will be held in escrow during the investigation period. If the account is subsequently found to be in breach of these Terms, funds may be wholly or partially forfeited. If the investigation concludes without a finding of breach, access to the account and all legitimate funds will be restored.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may contact our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be paid out in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the apigacor88 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and source code, is the exclusive intellectual property of apigacor88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apigacor88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gambling activity, loss of data, or interruption of service.

apigacor88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free of technical errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to Users in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit apigacor88's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

apigacor88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among our Users. We provide a range of responsible gambling tools that all registered Users may access at any time, free of charge, through their Account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control their gambling expenditure.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure automatic session duration reminders to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform, after which access to their Account will be disabled indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and contact us to close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. apigacor88 operates in compliance with internationally recognised gaming standards and is committed to transparent, fair dispute resolution.

We commit to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to making reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

Disputes relating to the settlement of individual bets or game outcomes will be reviewed by our technical operations team, whose decision — made on the basis of server logs and certified game records — shall be final and binding. apigacor88 shall not be bound by any external arbitration or adjudication in respect of gambling outcomes.
